This case coming on to be heard before the honorable Henry R Bryan Judge presiding and a jury and the jury having found all issues in favor of the plaintiff, it is therefore upon motion of plaintiff’s atty considered and adjudges that the bond of matrimony between plaintiff and defendant be and the same is dissolved and it is further adjudged that plaintiff recover of the defendant the cost of this action to be taxed by the Clerk of this Court. |
