LOVELL

      John Ezra Lovell, son of James M Lovell and Mary Ann Dodson, was born in 1852 at Big Sinking, Wayne Co KY. He died in Wayne Co in 1922. John married Rebecca D Powell in 1871 at Big Sinking. She was born at Big Sinking in 1849, daughter of Thomas E Powell and Rebecca Lair. Rebecca Powell died in Wayne Co in 1923. They had ten children-

1.   Robert Fisk Lovell, b 1872, married Mattie L East [E4c6c5d4a4] in 1895 in Wayne Co KY. She was born in Wayne Co in 1872. They had ten children.

2.   Rosa Emma Lovell, b 1873, married Joesph T Barnett in 1899 in Wayne Co KY. They had two children.

3.   Mary Elizabeth Lovell, b 1875, married William Labet Nichols in Wayne Co in 1899. They had four children.

4.   James Thomas Lovell, b 1876, married Nattie Barnes Henninger in 1903 in Wayne Co. They had four children; one was-

      a.   Thelma Harrison Lovell, b 1910 in Wayne Co. he married Ola Jackson Boston [E4c6c5d4a2c] and they had thirteen children.

5.   John Freeman Lovell, b 1879, married Susan L East [E4c6c5d4a5], had a son and she died in 1904. James then married Mary Susan Pierce and had seven more children.

6.   Rebecca King Lovell, b 1881, married William R Meadows in 1899.

7.   Charles Bradford Lovell, b 1882, married Lillie M McAllister in 1911 and had four children.

9.   Amanda Belle Lovell, b 1888, married Sam Joe Roberts in 1904 and they had seven children.

10. Luther Marvin Lovell, b 1889, married Ella Barker in 1910 and they had two children.
