Russell's Chapel was named after Russell Kiser, who died while in seminary school. The cemetery contains the
graves of Russell Kiser, his father and mother, William Caswell and Laura Beatrice Stroup Kiser, his sister and
her husband, Ilese Kiser and Belvis Mullen Bolinger, and his brother and his wife, Mike and Katie Kiser.
