
Manda Hodge, 93 of Kansas City, Kansas died February 16, 1999 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 18, at the Morris Independent Baptist Church; burial will be in Mossville Cemetery, Mossville, Arkansas. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Maple Hill Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hodge was born in Mossville, Arkansas and had lived the past 40 years in the Kansas City area. She was a member of the Morris Independent Baptist Church.
Manda was preceded in death by her husband, Will Hodge, and a daughter, Daisy Edgmon. Survivors
include two sons, Johnny E. Hodge and Kenneth A. Hodge, both of Kansas City, Kansas; five daughters:
Mildred Clayborn, Kansas City, Kansas, Walcie Edgmon, Centerton, Arkansas, Modena McConnell, Wright
City, Oklahoma, Nadine Alexander, Milton, Florida, and Maxine Noe, Kansas City, Kansas; sister, Ola
Langford, Shawnee, Kansas; 28 grandchildren; 66 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
