WILL OF JACKSON CASE

To all to whom this may concern know ye that I Jackson Case do
here by give and bequeth to my sons Issac J. Case and Jasper N Case
and Jesse M Case and Walter r. CASE (oue) of my Real Estate and
personal property of every description whatever except personal
property to the value of twenty dollars that I do hereby give and
bequeath to my daughter Martha E. Case and personal property to
the value of twenty dollars that I do hereby give and bequeth to
my daughter Mary B. Case soas to maybe my daughter equal in gift
as I give my daughter Julia A Boling twenty dollars in property
when she married as her part of my estate and I do here by grant
grant and bequeath unto my wife the sole (----) to (pass---n) of
all my Real Estate and my personal property of every discription
what ever during her natural life or widowhood and in the event
of her death or remarriage then all of my Real Estate and personal
property of every discription to go and decend to my four sons
whereas names are here in written to be equily divided ammong my
four sons whose names are here in above (w-----ss) and I proff
that the court or courts of my country will (s------) this my
last will and wish
