Susan and Genevieve Doran – “The Misses Doran”
– assisted in the founding of the Cathedral of the Pines, a national war
memorial in Rindge, New Hampshire. They
were personal friends of the owners and founders, the Sloanes. Susan and Genevieve also assisted with the
designing of the Altar of the Nation.
Andrew Doran, died of wounds received at
