Only 48 returns were made in 1790, reporting lands on Stephens Creek, Sherrils Creek, Ogeechee River and Little River Waters.
This district was combined with District EE in 1793. Then District EE was split in December 1793 in the formation of Oglethorpe County, placing the grater portion of the taxpayers in Oglethorpe County.
All of the area of District ## (1793) and much of the area of District FF (1793) that were put into Oglethorpe County subsequently became part of Greene County in the swapping of land between Greene and Oglethorpe Counties in 1799.
