1849. He married Emeline Jane Rains 3 January 1843 in Johnson County,
North Carolina, USA. Also used middle name Henry. Also used name Emily.

in Johnson County, North Carolina; died 30 June 1924 in Johnson County,
North Carolina. She married George Alexander "Dock" Oliver; born
14 September 1849 in Johnson County, North Carolina; died Abt. 1900 in
Johnson County, North Carolina.Story: "Dock" went into Selma to take the
train to Smithfield for the day. He was never heard from again. According
to Cloe Rice Pittman's mother, "Dock" left when she was a teenager and
was never seen again. They didn't know what happened to him.
10. Henry Casey3 Capps (Henry2, William1)2,3
was born Abt. 1841 in Johnson County, North Carolina, USA. He married
Eveline Edwards 13 April 1867. She was born Abt. 1837 in North Carolina,
USA, and died Abt. 1881. Henry "Casey" Capps was the illegitimate son of
Henry Capps and Mourning Edwards. For much of his childhood he carried
the surname Edwards. By the time the 1860 census was taken his mother
had died and Henry and his siblings began using the surname Capps. Henry
is buried in Campbell/Edwards Cemetery, near Kenly, North Carolina. Evelines
was also know as Emily.

USA5. He married Minnie Lee Mozelle Smith Abt. 1891; born 11 March
1870 in Georgia, USA; died 24 December 1929 in Georgia, USA. William Henry
was quite ill near the end of his life so he went home to North Carolina
to spend his last days with his remaining family. He is buried in Pearce
Cemetery, Micro, Johnston, North Carolina. Henry's death may have occured
in 1936.
