REMARKS
  2/35 Elizabeth crothy had consumption for years. Came here on a visit to her sister and died. 4/65 I was told this baby died in spasms
  ?? Dr. F. Says this child died of consumption
  I have called twice at Dr. Farnburgers office but  not see him. 7/104 Eastman had a complication of diseases I have heard Boyth diseass mentioned. Called on Dr. Bliss twice but
  he was absent. 8/108 Jennie Johns was pregnant, by a misstep fell, took coco, which caused premature labor pains which she died. 9/111 Daniel Cole was a farmer
  in Midland Co accidentally shot himself, while deer hunting, in left side on shoulder was sent here for surgical treatment but was past help. Could not be asked about his parents.
  12/139 James F. Patten was found dead in his room at German       hotel. Ch?ays?.  20/239 Dec'd  about 12 years (??) a j?imot corner of table & even  anemia had Inf of bladder
  obstruction & painful urination, he told me that for six years he had to pass, or try to pass, urine as often as every hour, that it was thick and bloody & that in all this time he had not
  slept an entire hour at one time. He suffered great pain continually but his will was as stong he continued to attend business until he was ?rerd to almost a 
  skeleton & he gradually wore away & died.  28/279 Holden was conductor in freight trains, was missed & found dead on the RR track - no one swa how he fell.
  Dey is mother died same complaint.
