Passed away Feb. 2, 1969 at 7:35 p.m. at Bay City General Hospital following a long illness. Age 62 years.  Helen M. Yelle was born Aug. 18, 1905 in Conway, Pa.  She had lived in Saginaw for 25 years and for the past 27 years had been a resident of Bay City.  She was married to John E. Olsen in November of 1941.  He survives her, Surviving t2o sons and two daughters, Jon E. Olsen, Galesburg, Ill; Robert Yelle, Mrs. Marcella Pohlman and Mrs. Betty Zehnder, all of Saginaw; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; also three brothers, George Kohl, Akron, Ohio; Harry Sladwick, Bloomington, Calif.; Joseph Sladwick, Santa Cruz, Calif., two sisters Mrs. Jack Felton and Mrs. Mary Haines, both of San Bernardino, Calif. Funeral service will take place 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Penzien & Vallender Funeral Home Bay City. Rev Elmer Ubbink will officiate with interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery Bay City, Friends may call at the funeral home.
