Aimesbury, William H.,
Saginaw, Michigan. Passed away suddenly Tuesday, February
11, 2003. Age 63 years. William H. Aimesbury was born on February 21, 1939 in Boyne
City to Lester and Dorothy (Vincent) Aimesbury. They preceded him in death. He
served in the U.S. Navy. William married Mary Ann Rukowicz October 26, 1963.
She survives him. He had been employed by General Services Administration until
his retirement. Surviving besides his wife are one son and one daughter, Brian
(Maribeth) Aimesbury of Grayling; and Tammy Aimesbury of Saginaw; one brother
and one sister, Rex (Betty Jean) Aimesbury and Marlene (Bob) Fine; four
grandchildren, Joshua, Bianca, Darius and Melinda; a sister-in- law, Peggy
Aimesbury; as well as many other nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends. He was
preceded in death by a sister, Pat Gilmartin and a brother, Carl (Josh)
Aimesbury. According to William's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial
service will be held at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, 7475 E. Holland in Saginaw
on Saturday, February 15, 2003 with visitation from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. with the
service beginning at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Ronald Nicholas and Rev. Doyle Israel will
officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Military services under the
auspices of American Legion Post 439. Those who so desire may make memorials to
the Saginaw Chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous. Arrangements by Hill Funeral Home.
