This indenture made the eight day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred thirty six and between William Young and Alexander Young, Executors of Henry Young, deceased, of the county of Cannon and State of Tennessee of the one part and Richard Eddings of the county and state aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William Young and Alexander Young, Executors of Henry Young and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof of hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presence doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Richard Eddings his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Cannon on the waters of the east forks of Stones River of Hollises Creek adjoining lands with John Eddings, Senr. on the east and south Richard Dosier on the West and Mrs. Young's on the north. Beginning and cornering on an Elm marked as a corner tree. Thence east with John Eddings line 140 poles to a hickory tree . Thence north with said John Eddings 40 poles to a sugar tree. Thence west said Mrs. Young's conditional line 140 poles to a stake. Thence with Richard Dosier's line South 78 poles to the beginning by estimation containing twenty-five acres of land with all and singular the improvements and appurtenances there unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate rights title interest claim and demand whatever of them the said William Young and Alexander Young executors of Henry Young deceased of in and to the said land and premises and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold the said lands and premises above mentioned and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenance to the said Richard Eddings his heirs and assigns forever. And the said William Young and Alexander Young executors of Henry Young deceased for themselves and their heirs the said land and premises and every part thereof parcel thereof against themselves and their heirs and all and every other person whatsoever will warrant and forever defend to the said Richard Eddings his heirs and assigns.
