This is the info I have found, this info is of Joseph Weaver son of Weaver and Tooley Weaver, got this from cherokee census card, and Igot his app, packet, I believe this is a son of Dave Weaver and Tooley, this Joseph Weaver was born some where between 1810-1830 GA, I do not believe he knew how old he was? He married Mary West, I believe one of their dau, was a Amanda Weaver who married a Dunn, and I believe there was a son named John Weaver who married a Seapearl Kiby, all of these families were in the Going Snake dist, Cherokee nation, any way I am sending you the info so we can share it with others so we can get others to help research this some more but I believe we have the right Joseph Weaver , so here goes, billy brimm

Hi Bill I found some more info on Joseph he was on the cherokee census 1869 going snake dist,no #75 one women two male children, and I found him on the ancestry.com web site a family tree that list Mary West married to a James Galcatcher with father named Jack West and mother Penny going snake dist cherokee nation, sounds like the same Mary we have listed as wife of Joseph Weaver and something else I found a Joseph Weaver listed in the 1860 census Polk County Arkansas with wife Mary and dau, Amanda, they are listed as indian, billy brimm
