This is the will for John Middleton ( son of Robert) married to Elizabeth Hammock Westmoreland County Virginia Wills 1654-1800

Middleton, John, 14 March 1705-6; 25 September 1706.

Son John two negroes; son Robert one negro; son Thomas one negro; son Benjamin one negro; personal estate to be divided among children Elizabeth, Mary and Alice; wife Elizabeth one-eighth or a child's part; if wife remarry land to sons as they reach age of 17; brother Benedict and Wm. Hammock exrs.
