NED ROBERTS CHOCTAW CITIZEN

Many say Black Indians were not citizens of the 5 Civilized Tribes however, we the descendants of these Black Indians know who we are as do the Department of the Interior and the Secretary of the Interior who received notice of Citizenship as evidence by said notice date January 22, 1904.  I note this date as Indian Territory did not become part of the United States until  the morning of November 16, 1907,when President Theodore Roosevelt signed a proclamation declaring statehood for Oklahoma.  I posed to those who TRY to deny who we are, let the records speak for themselves.
