Once your application is recieved, the process will begin. Your application will be checked to make sure you have completed it properly with all necessary information. If you have submitted an incomplete application, the process will stop there and you will be disqualified and notified by email of your disqualification. If your application is in good order and completed your site will begin the award process.
There are three phases to this Award Programs Processing. Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3.
Phase 1 is the first visit to your website, at which time it will be checked for any possible Disqualifications as set forth within the Program.
Phase 2 is the second visit to your website, at which time your website will be reviewed by our Judges under the
Review system set forth within this Program. Your site will then be scored on an overall average of the Judges scores.
Phase 3 will be notification to the award applicant. ONLY Winners will be notified with the evaluators findings and evaluation results. Winners will then be given information for award pick up.
If your site did not win, you may reapply in 30 days providing you have made the changes to your website needed to meet this award programs criteria. All winners will be placed in the Winner's List section of this Program, with the website name, link to website, web owners name, date awarded and a description of the website.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the entire evaluation process.
