You are agreeing with the following terms by submitting your site for review...
The applicant may not win the Gold Award but may qualify for a lower level award, i.e. Bronze. The applicant may not qualify for any award at this time.
If the applicants site does not meet the program criteria & qualify for an award, the applicant may resubmit an application to this award program in 30 days, providing changes have been made to the applicants website in meeting with this award programs criteria.
If the applicant site recieves a lower level award, i.e. Bronze, the applicant may resubmit an application to upgrade the award level after 60 days, i.e Silver, providing substantial changes have been made to the applicant site in order to achieve a higher level award.
All decisions made regarding WhiteFeather's Awards are final and will not be negotiated.
Awards given by WhiteFeather's Web Awards may NOT be altered in any fashion. Thumbnails may be used if it's linked to the full award graphic.
This award program reserves the right to revoke any award from website owners found to have altered the award graphics in any way.
Awarded Applicants MUST respond to this Award Program after being notified of their winning status. They will have 7 days to reply. If the Applicant site has not responded within the 7 day time frame, the website will be removed from the Winners List & this Award Program will assume the award was refused and the Applicant Site will then be disqualified permanently.
Awarded Applicant sites MUST display the Award on their website & have a separate awards page for doing so, even if they have not won any awards yet. If the awarded site is found not displaying the award on a seperate awards page, they will be removed from the Winners List.
If the Awarded Applicant makes changes to their site, i.e. the site url etc., it is the responsibility of the award recipient to inform this award program of the change for the winners listing. If the Awarded Applicant fails to do so, this award program reserves the right to remove the recipients listing.
If the Awarded Applicant makes changes to their site AFTER being awarded, and the site no longer meets the criteria set forth within this award program, then this award program shall reserve the right to remove the awarded applicants listing and revoke the award until the site can meet the criteria once again.
ONLY Winners will be notified with evaluators findings & evaluation results.
