1. John FORGY first appearance in Pennsylvania records in Cumberland County, PA tax list 1762.
May have had a son named Robert Forgy he first appears on a 1778 list for Cumberland County, PA. He settled in Mifflin County, PA
May have also had a son named Francis Forgay (Forgy)? who appears on Militia list 1776 Warwick, Lancaster County, PA, on a 1779 tax list Newtown, Cumberland, PA.
A John FORGEY later settled in western PA. This may be John above or his son. I've found a John Forgy listed in Captain Bruce's militia Westmoreland County, PA.
Also there was a John on a 1781 taxlist for Washington County, PA. He may have married Rachel HARDIN in 1769 Greene County, PA?
A Widow Forgy appears on a 1785 tax list for Cumberland County, PA. This Widow later appears with her likely son Robert in Mifflin County, PA , her name was Mary.
2. James FORGEY
He was taxed in Chester County, PA: 1765, 1768, 1771, and 1776.
A James Forgey is listed as having letters held at post office Phildelphia 1792, 1800 in care of John Steel.
Later settled in Bedford County, PA
Owned 4 acres Cove Creek, Bedford County, PA.

(a James FORGEY died in Perrysville near Pittsburgh in the 1780s???)
Married: Rebecca Ann Sparks 1768 at Fort Bedford, PA (I have not been able to verify this)
