William Moyse Harkness (son of Richard Byres Harkness and Janet Murray McIntosh) was born November 27, 1891 in Arnprior, Ontario, Canada and died in 1966 in Kitchener, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
He worked in the Kitchener Waterloo area for Carter Luggage Company. He would go out to sites and inspect trees; being able to tell how much finished wood, would come from an uncut tree.
