DONATUS EDMUND MOROGHEN (vice M'Eglinge deprived) was admitted V. de Maall als Aglish. I give the record of his admission entire:—" Idem Epus (Matheus Sheyn) contulit vicariam Ecclise Beatse Marie de Maall als Agalis Donato Edmundi Moroghen Corcagen dioc. clerico per deprivationem denuitii mtt Eglinge tune vacantem cum dis- pensatione de non premovendo ad septeninm stndiorum causa 3 ffebruarii, 1581°. Inductuo in poem dictus donatus per Archi- diaconum. Phil. Gold, Registrar." [1st Book of Cork Registry, fol. 51.] 1591. DONATUS O'MOROUGH laicus Vicar de Aglis propter defec- tum sacrorum ordinum et manifestam contumaciam deprivatus. [MS. T.O.D. E. 3. 14.] p.2 Oct. 16, 1700. Dermot Murphy is now Priest. He lives in Aghabullog parish; he was formerly in the diocese of Cloyne; he has now also the parish of the Ovens. p. 55 1681. May 26. JAMES MURPHY, S.T.D., is admitted "ad unam Recto- riam et vicariam de Cannaway." [F.F.] He appears 1681 and 1682. [V.B. D. R.] James Murphy does not appear elsewhere. p. 141 1726. Sept. 25. Cornelins Murphy recants in the parish church of Moragh, teste John Frier, Curate. [D.R.] p. 281 1617. Nov. 29. The Sequestration of the Prebend or Rectory of Shandon, dioc. Cork, was granted to Edmund Murfy, of Cork. p. 290 1697. June 17 St. Michael's. Mr. Atkins and Mr. MURPHY are all the Protestants that live in this parish. The people of this parish go to Rathcony church.
