Marriage Announcement December 22, 1909.
    A quiet home wedding was solemnized at noon Wednesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Steele, three miles north of this village, when their only daughter Luetta M., became the wife of Charles Arthur Frey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles S. Frey. The ceremony was performed by Dr. A.P. Meeker, pastor of the Fairville Presbyterian church, in the presence of only the immediate families of the contracting parties.
    The bride was graduated with honors from the Newark High School with the class of 1907, and is a young woman with many friends throughout the village and vicinity. The groom is a well known and highly esteemed young man of northern Arcadia and an active member of the Fairville Presbyterian church.
    After a short wedding trip through the eastern part of the state, Mr. and Mrs. Frey will be at home to their friends on a farm north of Newark.

                                   

The marriage certificate for C.Arthur Frey and Luetta M. Steele reads:
This Certifies That Charles Arthur Frey of Arcadia, State of New York and Miss Luetta M. Steele of Arcadia, State of New York  Were by me United in Matrimony According to the Ordinance of God and the Laws of the State of New York at Newark, NY on the 22 day of Dec. 
in the year of our Lord 1909.
