St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery

DIRECTIONS: This cemetery is located one mile from the intersection with Route 30 on the north side of Irish Street Road. It is marked by a sign as seen below.

NOTES:

• This cemetery was deeded by Edmond and Ellen LYNCH to the Roman Catholic Society of Constable on January 2, 1860. It consisted of one acre of land. At least five people were known to be buried on the site.
• When I visited this cemetery in October 2003, there was no sign of any stones in the woods. (--Joyce M. Ranieri)
