Adam GADDIS, Sr b. 1791/1792 in Newry, County Down, NIR to US 1820. East Coast married Julia Ann GREEN of Baltimore.  Adam was the Galley Foreman at the Washington Navy Yard for 45 years.

Adam Jr. was a partner with brother, Lemuel, and utimately owned and operated numerous grocery stores in Washington DC.
