Decendants of James Collins Gallagher & Eliza Hannah Hill
The Gallaghers came from Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, to the wilds of Spokane, Washington. Immgrating in the 1890's. The Mother, Eliza(Hill), and her five grown children made the journey west, while James Sr, stayed in Ontario, for reasons unknown.

Farming was the main source of income. Harry was a dairy farmer, in Spokane. Charles was a farmer in Chewelah, and Guy a fruit tree farmer. James and Emily worked as sales clerks.
