Elliott Bussey was at the time of his death the owner of a land warrant No. 60440 for 100 acres and the petitioners John Michael, George, Elizabeth and Mary Bussey and Mary C. and Martha J. Hill are the only heirs at law of said Elliott Bussey, deceased, and they are the owners of the Land Warrant mentioned. It is necessary to sell the Land Warrant.
