In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Dillahunty of
Kent County in the Province of Maryland being in perfect health ...
Body mind(?) am giving(?) Thanks to Almighty God but Calling [to mind]
the ... certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time when [it may]
happen do make this my Last will and Testament in manner [following]
Imprimus I Give and bequeath my soul unto the hands of God
that gave it me and my body to the earth to be Buried in such
Christian Like manner as my Executors hereafter named shall
think fit and for what worldly goods it hath pleased God to bestow
on me (after my Just debts are paid) I give and bequeath as
followeth----
I give and Bequeath unto my daughter Mary West one high chest
with drawers and one oval(?) Table which I give her for her call(?)
to Look after her two youngest Brothers Abraham and Isaac until
such Time as they are fit to Bind to trades
I give and Bequeath unto my grand Daughter Ann one gold Rug(?)
of thirty Shillings Value the daughter of my daughter Statia of thirty(?)

Item I give and bequeath to Mary Green the use of my Kitching and
one Bed and furniture one pot and one Cows milk until the last [day?]

Solemnly sworn on the holy evangels of Almighty God deposed and said
that she [saw(?)] Daniel Delahuntee the Testator above named sign and seal
the foregoing will and ... him publish and declare the same to be his last
Will and Testament and that at the time of his sealing(?) he was to the best
of her apprehension of sound and disposing mind and memory and that
she subscribed her name as witness to the said will in the presence
of the said Testator and at his request - Sworn before
