01 In the name of God amen
02 this seventh day of February in on thousand seven hunderd and fortey nine
03 fifty 1749 50 I Georg Swallow farmer of the County of Kent upon dolloern now
04 being in verie sick and low conditon of health and weak in body but in sound
05 perfet mind and memory and do call to mind the unsertenty of His train of Life
06 which is not certain do make and declare this to be my last will and testmet in
07 manner following and so forth I commend my soul to God almighty that Givet
08 and my body I commit to the Earth to be boyened in a cristen manner
09 and as tichen such woreldy goods estates and offears as it hath pleased
10 God to bless me withall I dispose of the same as follows ______ I [direct]
11 first that all my just dets be payed ut of my estate if so much be secondly I [direct]
12 give and bequeth to my well beloved wife Johana the third of my Estet
13 that is moveble and lease(?) I give to my wife the plantaten wheon I now
14 Live her lif time provedet that she dot not marey but if she do marey I do
15 leve her no shear but as the law merits I do leave [direct] and beqeth
16 to my three well beloved sons Sivenus Swallow Georeg Swallow and John Swallow
17 all the tract of land where on I dwell of an hundred and twenty ackers to
18 them and thears forever increase(?) a(n)d not to be leest farmt list nor sold
19 no newer list _______ at once but that it shall be to them and
20 there hears _____________________________________ forever lest
21 for want of only sixth _____ I leve it to _____ next hear of the
22 same name in the same maner afore____ if ___ wife mareys I [direct]
23 that my plantation may rented out on ____ money put to yuse for the
24 Children by my Exetor and it is furder my [desire?] that my children when
25 then sixten that they shall be put to such treads as the [executor?] shall think fit
26 for them I do mak constitut and [ordain?] my wife Johana and John
27 Snow my whol and sole Exectors of this my last will and testment
28 Revoking and disavowing and )))) ))) all former willes
29 and testements executing of this my foremly last one in wittnes
