I, Samuel J. Lentz, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament.
First, I direct that all of my just debts be paid.
Second, Out of my estate, I direct that my grand son, William Williams, Shall be paid the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, in full of his Share of my estate, to be paid him after my wife's death, if She Survives me.
Third, I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Louisa A Lentz, all of my estate of every kind and description, real and personal, for and during her natural life, and at her death to go to my son Jas. M. Lentz Jr. for and during his natural [life] after the payment of legacy under item 2. and at his death to go to his children then living, and the representatives of any child of his that may die, having child or children, to have their deceased parents share, share and share alike.
Fourth, I do hereby nominate and appoint my son James M. Lentz, Jr. as my executor, to carry out the provisions of this will and direct that no bond be required of him as such.

Lentz, deceased as proven by the attesting witnesses thereto, at the August term 1910, on Aug 20th [?], [th?] and as Shown by the Original will now on file in this office.
