Thomas Pickle's Will

I Thomas Pickle do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills made by me.

First
I order that my funeral expenses be paid out of any moneys of which I may die possessed or as soon thereafter as the same can be collected.
Second
It is my will that my son Daniel have the two mules whi[ch] he has [in] his possession - by pay[ing] ninety-Dolls each for them - and also the black mare by paying seventy-five dolls.
Third
Also he is to pay seventy Dolls for my interest in the thrasher due and payable when he makes the same with the thrasher.
Fourth
It is my will and order that none of my Home place & Endsley land be sold until it becomes necessary so to do in order for a division and when a division becomes really necessary.
Sixth [there is no fifth listed]
I order that (15) acres of the Musgrove land lying on the South end of said land to be layed off and kept for the use of the Home tract and Endsley land.
Seventh
I order that the balanace of the Musgrove land be sold on such terms and [times? lines?] as my executors may think best - and the proceeds accounted for by him. Also I order that the tract of land lying near Neeley[s] mill on Sinking Creek to be sold in the same way and manner, there will be to sell about 103 [123?] acres in the Musgrove tract and about 34 acres in the tract near Neeleys.
Eighth
I having received to the amt. of four hundred & fourteed [sic] Dolls. and 25 cents from and through my first wifes estate I order that said amount to be apportioned [among?] her children.
Ninth
I have received from the sale of a mule which belonged to my last and present wife Fifty-five Dolls which amount I order to be paid to her.
Tenth
I order that a nice headstone made of white marble be bought and placed over the grave of my deceased wife - such an [sic] one as now costs about trwenty-five Dolls. Also I order that a stone be place[d] over the grave of my mother something similar to the one which is over my fathers grave.
Also
If the graves of my two deceased children can be identified I order stones be placed over them.
Eleventh
I hereby constitute and appoint Richard Stephenson or J. W. Coffey or both to be the executors of this my last will and testament.

12th [This "12th" is out of place and should appear below] Addenda
I will that each of my children who are not married shall receive to the amount of one hundred & fifty Dolls more than an equal share - in order to make them equal with the two who have already received to that amount.
13th
There is a settlement between me and Green T. Neeley to be made he is owing me about $150 - One hundred & fifty Dolls - and he has been doing some work for me. I want the amount from him on account to be credited on my claim on him.
Also
There is a settlement to be made with W. T. Motherly which my executor will have to make as best he can.

I Robt L Singleton Clerk of the County Court of said County hereby certify that the above & foregoing is a full true & perfect copy of the last will & testament of Thomas Pickle dec'd as admitted to probate at the March term 1901 as shown by the minutes of said March term 1901 and as appears from the original will now on file in my office.
