He and his family were living in Wyoming Co WV. 11th June 1900 Belcher , Robert Head W M born WV 5/1860 age 40 married 14yrs " Nancy wife W F " " 6/1859 " 40 " " India dau W F 12/1886 13 single Brookie " W F 3/1890 10 " Record son W M 5/1891 9 " Vida dau W F 2/1894 6 " Marriage licence and a couple of handwritten notes (below) from them giving India and Brooke permission to marry.... On their marriage license it has Nancy's maiden name as Bishop...but on my GM India's death cert. it says she was a Blankenship and on Nancys death cert it states her parents as Jesse and Hannah Blankenship... The last info I have on Robert is in Mingo Co WV 1910 census...and it states that Nancy is head and he is a boarder along with thier youngest daughter Vida as a boarder too...I have a lot on paper but it leads nowhere....Any help you could lend would be greatly appreciated...also I have some pics of my GM India if you would like a copy of any of the records i have i will be glad to share them...
