| Hello! I'm the 1960s' Brit fashion icon above. But I dropped out of the modelling catwalk circuit after overdosing on rosehip syrup and baby rusks! Are we by chance related? Ciechanow, Poland, was home to my paternal Jabluszko family (Josephs aka Yublo(f)sky), and the Ros(z)enbergs. Don and Goldmachers lived in Pultusk near Warsaw. They emigrated to London's East End early last century, but some Jabluszko (Josephs) were perhaps in Ireland, South Africa and Australia. Innkeeper Feist Stern and second wife Jeanette, born Mayerfeld, were my great great grandparents. One of my quests is to find the gravestone of their youngest son, my great grandfather Leopold Stern, said to have died by his own hand in North America, possibly Montreal, at the age of 37 in 1901. Can you help me? My maternal Herz ancestors lived in Kochendorf, now Bad Friedrichshall, and Heilbronn, Baden Württemberg.
