John William Hood, 1864 - 1951. Son of John Tillman Hood and Eliza Henrietta Allen. Grandson of M D Lafayette Hood and Parthenia Mills & Robert B Allen and Elizabeth Jane Hanks. Great-grandson of Andrew Mills and Clarissa Underwood & Elijah Hanks and Mary Woolverton & William Allen and 2nd wife Nancy Unknown & Hood ancestors Unknown.
The picture was taken in front of his house on top of the hill on Sanny Fee Pike (Santa Fe) at Roberts Bend Road. The house burned after he died.
