My Family Tree

I have been researching my family tree since shortly after my grandpa's death in 1994. It was slow going at first, as I didn't know all of the rules and at first I just wanted to know if I was related to anyone famous. After a while, I realized that I couldn't copy everything I found on the internet because there were too many contradictions and inconsistencies. Now I have a huge Rubbermaid (TM) tub full of genealogy information that I have gathered (and not all of it is organized). It is never ending!! However, I have come to enjoy learning about the lives of my inconspicuous ancestors. They deserve to be remembered. I am working on scanning everything that I have collected. I made the mistake of putting my last genealogy page on a rootsweb page assigned for "dance" and rootsweb closed those sites down and I lost everything, so I have to start over scanning (due in part to a harddrive crash that occurred around the same time). This page is going to be simple for now, until I can find more time to jazz it up. Feel free to download and copy anything on this page that you would like to have for your personal use, however, the photos and maps are under copyright and you CANNOT publish those without written permission from myself (or the photo owner if other than me). I hope you find something of use.
