[email protected] (Denyce Peyton) writes: "They were both taken in Kobe, Japan in the 1947 - 1949 time frame. My father is in both, he went to Kobe as a Master Seargeant and received his commission as 1st Lt. while there. His name was William (Bill)Porter from Lima, OH; served in 366th infantry in WWII; not sure about unit in Japan. I don't know any of the others in the pictures, but if someone had relatives stationed in Kobe during that time, maybe they will recognize someone."
