The Harringtons were involved in many land transactions in Trinity County from 1851. These records enabled us to put together many pieces of their lives. In the absence of birth and death records prior to 1900 in this county, these deed records revealed descendants, neighbors, friends and where they were living. Although these records are Harrington transactions, they include many Trinity County families who bought or sold land with the Harringtons, witnessed deed transactions or were officials of the county. Many other families with Trinity County ties may find information here. These records were transcribed by Letty Harrington directly from Trinity County Deed Records.
