While these records are from the Victoria Court Registry it also includes many cases from outside of Victoria. Most of these records are divorces, however, there are also judicial separations, marriages ordered null and void (annulled) and petitions involving alimony and custody of children.

Duplicates in names do occur in some instances, that are not an error. The decision was made to leave them as they stand and connect the names to the record whether they are petitioner, respondent or co-respondent.
