Most of these Lunsford children moved after Minerva died in 1875. They moved to Kansas and Oklahoma. Several settled in the area of Claremore, Oklahoma. Their descendants are still numerous in this area. Abner Baker Gray settled in Ness County Kansas. He died August 2, 1947. This was the same day his sister Alabama died and the ninth birthday of Aunt Bam's great-grandson, Ronald Couch.
We have the Civil War Records of Abraham Kilby Lunsford. In these records we find his children, his appearence "dark hair, dark complexion and blue"
eyes.
