My great grandfather, Simon Scott, gave a shaving mug to his son,George H. Scott. It was given to Simon by his father Green B. Scott who married Cynthia Ann Neely. I now have the mug and on it is "Victor Neely". Cynthia's father was Robert Neely born about 1802. I am sure we have a Victor Neely in our family but I have not been able to find him.
