LEROY ALBERT ENYEART was the son of Vernon Leroy ENYEART (s/o George Franklin ENYEART, Sr.) and Bertha BROWN. He married Bonnie Jean EVANS.

This picture was taken in California. Gerald was a twin to Harold. Harold could not get into the service because he was pitching a roof and a bucket of hot tar spilled on his foot. The tar burned all the nerves away. His foot could not withstand the marching.


LEVI ENYEART, son of William ENYEART & #2 Jane NORRIS, was born 1802 Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania; married 1822 to #1 Sophia CORBIN; married 29 May 1842 Huntington County, Indiana to #2 Elsie Ann POWELL; married 22 January 1868 Wabash County, Indiana to #3 Eunise Cordelia SANDERS. Levi and #1 Sophia are said to have had 12 children, but the known children at this time are: Abraham, Lydia, Thomas, William L., John, Melissa, Joseph and Mary Jane. Levi and #2 Elsie are also said to have had 12 children, but only these are known at this time: Joshua, John, Judith, Sophia, Thomas, Rebecca, Mary E. and Sarah. Levi and #3 Eunise had one daughter, Elizabeth Ann. Levi died 17 February 1872 Lagro, Wabash County, Indiana and was buried at Lagro Township Cemetery, Lagro, Wabash County, Indiana.

Loren lived 1881-1884 in McCook with his parents; removed 1884-88 to Hayes Co., NE with them; then 1888-97 lived in Culbertson; Loren worked in 1897 for Hayes Co., NE "Times" for C. A. Ready; was managing editor in Hayes Center 1902-15; then 1908-12 was Hayes Co., NE treasurer; 1915-34 Hayes Center P M; 1934- Hayes Co clk; 1938- clk of dist court & co assessor; MWA, past counsel; Royal Highlanders; Neb Assn of Co Commrs, Co Clks, Co Registers of Deeds & Co Highway Commrs; AF&AM 216, Palisade; Congl' Ch treas; Rep; hobby, current events; res Hayes Center."
