This indenture made this eighteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eighteen hundred thirty four between Benjamin Enyart of the County of Miami and State of Ohio of the first part and James Enyart of the same place of the second part witnesseth that the said Benjamin Enyart for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid by the said James Enyart the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted , bargained (?), and sold convey and confirm unto him the said James Enyart his heirs and of ____ forever all the following described lots or parcels of land viz a certain parcel or lot of land situated in Miami county in fractional section No Ten, town one of range ten (?) and bounded as follows vz commencing at a point where the state road (?) leaving from Dayton Piqua via Stanton and running thence a northerly direction with said last mentioned road until it intersects the southern boundary of a tract of land owned by Huston and bargained (?) to James Enyart thence with said boundary west until it intersects the said first mentioned road leading from Troy to Dayton thence a southeasterly direction with said road to the place of beginning. Containing one acre more or less (?) and all the estate right title claim and demand of him the said Benjamin Enyart of in and to the said premises and every part thereof together with all and singular the priveleges and appurtenences to the same belonging or in any (manner?). ____ appertaining and the rents (assignees) _______ and profits thereof To have and to hold the premises hereby bargained and sold or . _______ or intended so to be with the appurtenences to the only (proper?).(?) in and
