ISAAC JACOB RHEUBART was the son of unknown parents. Isaac was born 1818 probably in Indiana.

Isaac is given as having served in the Mexican-American War in 1848.

Isaac married about 1849 to SARAH CLYMER.

In 1850 Isaac and Sarah resided in Madison Township, Tipton County, Indiana. This census indicates he was born in Virginia, while all other censuses indicate that Indiana was his birth place.
