Hi William, I am a Riggins researcher. My people after MD and VA and NC, come from Old 96 in SC to GA to Bibb AL. Littleton Riggins 1774-1843 died in Bibb. He had 7 children and 9 in-laws. One child (Emelie) married Andrew Shular Green. Andrew married #2 Nancy Dunlap who is of another in-law family. We also married Alfords. Methinks we should look a bit closer. Maryellen
