Our Butler Family of Kentucky & Illinois
I have been fortunate enough to find new information on Seamon Butler and his family. However, it's still woefully sketchy. I know that Seamon was in Fairfield County, North Carolina, moved to Hardin County, Kentucky then on to Hart County, Kentucky. Then, the trail almost tapers off. I found a Seamon Butler in Mississipi County, Arkansas and then he was in Pope Co, Illinois. Any information about this family would be greatly appreciate. I would like to thank Maurita Lutton, Michael Hobbs, Bruce Butler and Billie Sutton for their help in tracing this difficult to trace family.
