The Descendants of James W WADE of Virginia & Texas
In our family, to be a "Wade Woman" is the highest compliment we can give to the females in the family. Through stories of our aunts who showed such strength of character and our Grandmother Bonnie Moore Wade Fisher, we learned how to be resilient, resourceful and loving women. With such a common name as Wade, especially in Virginia and Texas, it has been a difficult road doing the research on this family. It's not finished yet by any means. Any information on this family would be immensely appreciated.
I would like to thank my mom, Louise and her sister, Helen (two fierce Wade Women in their own right) for helping me piece together this information.
