It has been awhile since I bothered to update this site. It hasn't been because of lack of interest...It's been more a lack of patience. When it takes hours to generate the pages...And it takes hours to upload the files...And you turn around and find a mistake...And you have to start all over again...That's just too much.

So I am moving this site to my own host. Don't get me wrong...I appreciate the years of free hosting I've had here from RootsWeb. But being able to upload a ged file and have my genealogy pages generated on the fly as they are requested...After all the years I've stared at a slowly turning hourglass...What a thrill.

While I shake out the new digs and figure out where the switches are to turn the lights on and off, bear with me. I think the journey will be worth the effort, and the ability to update as I find data will make the search much more enjoyable for me.
