Pleasant Valley News: There has been quite a lot of chicken stealing going on in the country which the people are getting tired of and we believe a word to the wise is sufficient and a word to the thief [thieves] might save them getting into trouble.

Exeter News: Mrs. F. G. Prater and son, Paul of Republic are visiting W. B. Searcy.

Exeter News: Sunday morning, Dec 28, A. J. Reed received a message stating his brother Thos. Reed had died in Florida, and his wife was sending the remains here for burial. Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Reed left here early in the fall for Florida to spend the winter for Mrs. Reeds [Reed's] health. The message did not give any other particulars.

Exeter News: Rev. W. Holt Smith is spending the holidays with his parents, Rev. and Mrs. C. M. Smith.

Exeter News: Ollie Beasley's wife of Tulsa, Okla., and Miss Jessie Beasley of Peirce [Pierce] City are visiting W. B. Searcy.

Washburn Prairie News: Miss Ina Thomas of Washburn is visiting at the home of her sister Mrs. Moulten Varner. [Research Note: Ina and Gertrude F. Thomas were among the children of Walter and Mary Ann (Hendrix) Thomas. Walter and Gertrude are buried at Washburn Prairie Cemetery.]

Walter Bostick Dead: Walter Bostick, son of W. A. Bostick of the Pasley locality died early Wednesday morning, Dec 31.  [Click here to read]

Will Lathim who is teaching the Clay Hill school in the northeastern part of the county spent a part of the last week visiting his parents of near town. 

Mr. Shaffer of Monett attended the funeral of Albert Kirk, Thursday of last week.

Clarence Hankins, principal of the Fairview school, spent the holidays with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Hankins, west of town.

Mrs. Corda Lloyd who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. Anna Vandorn and other relatives and friends about Exeter for the past five months returned Christmas Day to her home at Clovis, New Mexico. She was accompanied by her mother.  

Mrs. Laura Hankins, wife of J. L. Hankins of Hugoton, Kan., died Thursday of last week. The remains were shipped to Peirce [Pierce] City where interment was made at the Mount Olive Cemetery Sunday. The deceased has many relatives and friends about [around] Fairview, Newton County, where she formerly lived. Mr. Hankins is a son of S. T. Hankins, northwest of town, and is well known here. He has the sympathy of all in his deepest hour of sorrow.

Dog Hollow News: Dora Hemphill returned Sunday from Okla., accompanied by her sister, Miss Ella Burkhart.

Washburn News: Mrs. J. A. Pease is visiting relatives and friends in Nebraska and Kansas.

Washburn News: Mrs. George Fain and children of Deerling, Kan., are visiting her parents, Rev. and Mrs. P. H. Hodge. From here they will go to Southern Illinois, to join her husband where they will make their future home.

Washburn News: Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Hart and little son and daughter of Macksville, Kan., returned to their home after spending the holidays with the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fielding.

Seligman News: Wint Frost who was hit by the train some time ago is able to be over [and around] town.

Mineral Springs News: Mr. and Mrs. Geo. England are the proud parents of a little son, which came to their home Dec. 31. George has decided to quit the mercantile business and go with his boys to the farm.

Shell Knob News: W. U. Cooper has returned from Kansas.

New Salem News: Mrs. Earl McCollum spent New Year's day with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. L. Trimble.

Washburn Prairie News: Mrs. H. J. Hopkins and daughter, Miss Lulah and S. F. Varner returned home Sunday after two weeks visit with relatives in Okmulgee, Okla.

Seligman News: It is reported that T. J. Barnes lost three mules  his son, Jeff last week. The mules died and Jeff went to Colorado. [Click here to read]

Exeter News: The remains of Thos. Reed arrived from Florida Thursday morning and was laid to rest in Maplewood Cemetery.

Exeter News: A Mrs. Pogue who came here about a year ago for the benefit of tuberculosis trouble returned to her home at Marion, Ky., last week.

Exeter News: Miss Ethel Smith has returned to her home in Oklahoma after an extended visit with her sister, Mrs. C. C. Larson.

Exeter News: Word was received from Mrs. Pogue's father, that they arrived at Marion, Ky., Dec 29, and Mrs. Pogue died Dec. 30th.

Rock Springs News: Little Etta Roller, daughter of Arthur Roller and wife is recovering from a long spell of pneumonia fever.

Rock Springs News: W. E. Fairchild and wife moved to their new home last Monday where Otto Smith lived before he moved to Iowa. A large crowd of the boys gave him a charivari that night to a flush. He treated them with candy, apples and cigars.

Forest Grove News: Elizabeth (Bradley) Chapman, was born Jan 20, 1849, and died Dec 18, 1913. She was married to Hiram Chapman, Dec 23, 1869. To this union was born ten children. Those living are Mrs. Joseph Eberwine of St. Paul, Kan., Mrs. Con McAdams of South Haven, Kan., Lee of Webb City, James of Minden Mines, Pleas of Stroud, Okla., Frank Edgar and Miss Ida at home. Mrs. Chapman had many friends here. From a church view she was a Methodist in the death of Mrs. Chapman we can say one afflicted mother has left a world of sorrow, to her children, she always manifested a mother's warmest love, as a wife, she carried the affectionate nature of one who made life and home pleasant. Mrs. Chapman was buried at Mulberry, Kan.

Bellview News: U. S. Riddle and sons and Reams McCormack and son worked on the new road Saturday.

Bellview News: John Mulkey and wife is the proud parents of a little girl.

Bellview News: Thursday, Jan 1, 1914, the Death Angle visited our community at an early hour and claimed for its victim Luther Sanders, son of Rev. James Sanders. He leaves a father, mother, and three sisters to mourn his untimely death. H was the last of five or six brothers all having preached him to a better world. They all lived to be men except one. He lived an upright life which won him a host of friends. While he was afflicted about twelve months, he was patient to the end. We can only remained the sorrowing ones that he is not dead, he is only asleep. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Canady at the home and his body was taken to Aurora and left to rest in the Maple Cemetery.

Willow Branch News: There have been several wolves seen in this neighborhood during the last snow. Jake Zinn killed one the other day.

Willow Branch News: Thomas Luney visited his brother, Robert, last week.

Willow Branch News: Jake Zinn and wife recently visited the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hoggett.

Arnhart News: Allen Baker's boy and Mrs. Norman Thomas' child are now recovering from pneumonia.

Arnhart News: George Jackson's little babe was laid to rest in the Arnhart Cemetery, Dec 21, 1913, and Mrs. Lena Jackson, wife of George Jackson, died Saturday morning, Dec 27, 1913. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.  L. O. Phetteplace of Smith Center, Kansas.

Hazel Dell News: Miss Fannie Packwood who is teaching at Hazel Dell is giving general satisfaction.

Hazel Dell News: T. J. Bowman received a box of oranges from Sanger, Cal., a few days ago. He has four children out there.

Misses Alma Abernathy and Mabel Richardson of Peirce [Pierce] City, returned home Friday, after a few days visit with the family of H. O. Abernathy.

Miss Velma Purse, [Perse] 15 year old daughter of Simon Purse [Perse] of Roaring River has for several days been dangerously ill, suffering from injuries received by being thrown from a horse. She is reported to be slowly improving.

Mrs. Feland, wife of the late Samuel Feland, east of town, died Sunday night of a complication of diseases. We are informed that Mrs. Feland had been sick several days before her illness was pronounced serious. Saturday night she suffered a stroke of apoplexy which seemed to hasten the end of life. She had lived in the vicinity of Cassville for twenty-seven years, and enjoyed the esteem of her acquaintance. She was the mother of five children, four daughters and one son. They are Mrs. Clarence Risdon of Oklahoma and Misses Minnie, Ivey, Vernie and Grover, all at home. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. W. Ennis, at the home Tuesday, afternoon and her body was laid to rest at Oakhill Cemetery.

Obituary: Thomas H. Reed was born in Maryland, Oct 6, 1841. About the age of sixteen, he came to Missouri where he made his home generally except the time which he served in the Civil War. Forty one years ago he professed faith in Christ and united with the Baptist Church at Middletown, Montgomery County, Missouri. A wife and five children survive, two sons having preceded him to the Great Beyond.

Brother Reed died at Lynn Haven, Florida, December 26, 1913, age 72 years, 2 months and 20 days. He and Mrs. Reed had gone there only a few weeks prior to his death to spend the winter. His body was shipped to Exeter for burial and arrived Thursday, January 1, 1914. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock by Rev. M. Smith in the presence of a large crowd of friends, neighbors and relatives. His body was laid to rest at the Maplewood Cemetery. A Friend.

Exeter News: Born to Mr. and Mrs. G. J. Ragain, Tuesday, 6th, twin boys. This is the fourth pair of twins born in Exeter since establishing the parcel post, Jan 1, 1913. The stork seems to appreciate the reduced rates.

Exeter News: An altercation between Chromo Mose and Homer Brattin and Harrison Coats cased considerable excitement on our streets Tuesday 6th. The parties except Coats were arrested, charged with assault. They were given fines and terms in jail by Squire Boucher, Thursday, 8th.

Exeter News: David Talbert, rural mail carrier, from Cassville come over Saturday morning to accompany the body of the stepson, Mr. Lillard, to Cassville. Mr. Lillard was killed in Oklahoma while working as an employee of the Rock Island railroad.

Exeter News: Friday, Jan 9th, while Chas. Spurgeon and Vorna (Shorty) Piper were making a gun trade, a reviver in the hand of Spurgeon was accidentally discharged, the shot hitting Spurgeon in the hand but not causing a very serious wound. The bullet struck Piper in the right shoulder, causing a serous wound. Dr. Mitchell of Cassville and Dr. Searcy of Exeter removed the bullet Saturday morning and Mr. Piper seems to be getting along nicely at present.

Exeter News: G. T. Long, road overseer, in Liberty township, No. 3, has been doing some road work near the Calvary church. Parties living near there are donating several days work.

New Salem News: Uncle Harve and John Weston took dinner with Sill Roller and wife, Sunday.

Gunter News: Mr. and Mrs. Earl Smithson of Exeter visited the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jordan Saturday and Sunday.

Washburn News: Paul and Dalton Varner visited from Wednesday until Friday with their sister, Mrs. C. B. Stubblefield, of near Mano.

Washburn News: J. H. Mooney has purchased the Horton Bros. stock of general merchandise and is transacting business at the old stand.

Washburn News: B. M. Shelton of Great Falls, Mont., is visiting his sister, Mrs. Augusta Senter and brother T. M. Skelton on Roaring River. This is the first visit to Missouri in 10 years.

Gunter News: Mr. and Mrs. Earl Smithson of Exeter visited the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jordan Saturday and Sunday.

Wayne News: Miss Elgia Taylor of this vicinity and Mr. McMichal of Taney county were married Saturday of last week. We wish them all kinds of happiness in the future.

Flat Creek News We hear that the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Calhoun has been very bad with the whooping cough.

Flat Creek News:  Mrs. Jewel Snow and little babe of Springfield are visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Carney.

Purdy News: Mrs. Jewel who has been visiting her daughter at Fairview is now visiting her brother, D. L. Bayler, in Purdy.

Oak Ridge News: W. F. Pasley's babe and daughter, Zoe, have been right sick but they are better now.

Seligman News: Thursday, Jan 8, the remains of Grandma Keeney was brought here. Funeral services were held in the Union Church and her body laid to rest in the Seligman Cemetery.

Seligman News: Wednesday of last week the remains of Willis Morgan were brought to Seligman. Funeral services were held in the Union Church by Rev. Moneyhan of Springdale, AR., and this body was laid to rest at New Salem.

John C. Lathim, son of J. H. Lathim, of the Pasley locality, died Tuesday night at his father's home of tuberculosis, age 26 years. Funeral services will be held at the home, Thursday morning at 10 o'clock conducted by Rev. Jones of Stotts City. Burial will be at the Oak Hill Cemetery at 1 o'clock p.m. in charge of the Cassville I. O. O. F. Lodge.

Mrs. John Haywood, sister of George, Henry and Marion Roller of near Seligman, died at Rogers, Ark., the first of last week. She was born and reared near Seligman. Funeral services were held at Rogers, Thursday of last week.

F. C. Calloway of El Segunda, Cal., C.C. Calloway of Durant, Okla., Mrs. Tabitha Sears, and H. P. Calloway of Hershey, Neb., attended the funeral of their brother and father, James Calloway, held at Oak Hill, Ark., Tuesday of last week.

We are requested to state to the many friends of Mrs. Josephine Gurley of Springfield that it was not her little daughter, Marie, who was reported to have been severely burned some weeks ago. Mrs. Gurley and children have recently returned from Kansas City where they spent the holidays with relatives and friends.

Mrs. Sands of near town returned Saturday from a visit with her daughter, Mrs. Bass, and family of Sarcoxie.

F. A. Freeze closed a successful term of school at Pasley Friday. At the noon hour patrons of the district gathered and spread an excellent dinner. A splendid program prepared by the school was rendered. The day was a very enjoyable one to the patrons of the district who are highly pleased with the school. Mr. Freeze is one of the county's successful teachers.

The home of Joe Ghan was completely destroyed by fire Wednesday night of last week. He lives near the Mucey Chapel Church. There were [was] no one at home at the time, they were all at church and by the time the fire was reached it could not be stopped. There was nothing saved. Rocky Comfort Independent.

Rev. G. B. Hancock Dead: Rev. G. B. Hancock, of Galena, R. 1, passed away at his home New years day, at the age of 74 years, after an illness of two years.

Deceased was born in Kentucky but has resided in Southwest Missouri for the past fifty years. He was a minister in the Christian Church and was considered an authority on its doctrine, having written a number of books on the subject, also making several lecture tours of the United Stated in the interest of his church.

His life among his neighbors has always been above reproach, and the esteem in which he has held by them was reflected in the large crowd which attended his funeral at Mars Hill, Friday, Jan 2. Rev. Harlan of the Christian Church have conducted the funeral and paid a glowing tribute to his departed brother in his noble work. Crane Chronicle. Many years ago Rev. Hancock resided near Washburn and had hosts of friends all over the county who will regret his demise.

The Democrat has received notice from friend, at Shell Knob, the Elder G. W. Jarrett preached last Sunday and at the Christian Church at the at place and will preach again on the second Sunday in February, his regular appointment. The writer said Eld. Jarrett is able to present the word.

E. O'Banion has purchased the H. L. Smith farm, 1/2/2 miles north of this city. Aaron Long formerly owned this farm, Consideration, $2,699.

Nick Eubanks of Near Jenkins has two sons sick with pneumonia.

Hazel Dell News: We were sorry to hear of the death of Aunt Martha Stark. The bereaved ones have our heartfelt sympathy in their bereavement.

Hazel Dell News: Grandma Lucky and Miss Jane Shiroski were buried at Exeter Sunday.

Cedar Mound News: Joe Hudson's have moved in their new home.

Rock Creek News: Mrs. Bell Casaity visited her sister, Mrs. Samantha Holman, the later part of last week. [Cassity]

Exeter News: Mr. Piper who was shot accidentally is improving as fast as could be expected considering the nature of the wound.

Exeter News: One of he infant twins, born to Mr. and Mrs. G. J. Ragain died Thursday and the body was taken to Mr. Vernon for burial.

Exeter News: Miss Ada Schelenski died at the home of her grandfather, John R. May, in Exeter, Saturday at 8 p.m. of hemorrhages, age about 19 years. Interment was made in Maplewood Cemetery Sunday at 3:30 p.m.

Exeter News: Grandma Lucky died some time before 8:30 a.m. Saturday. She had been feeling very well considering her advanced years. The day before having been up most all day and attended the regular meals. She had been making her home with her son, N.J. Lucky for several years and it was no unusual occurrence for her to sleep late of mornings. The rest of the family had breakfast over and Mr. Lucky had made a trip to town and back home and not seeing his mother up ask about her, and when informed she had not been up, they went to her room and discovered her lifeless form. The body was not cold at the hour it was discovered. No bed clothing was disarranged to indicate a struggle or an effort to attract attention. She had lived here many years. She was very estimable lady and would have been 82 years old. The last few years she had been a slight attack of heart trouble and paralysis. Funeral services were held at the family residence Sunday at 2 p.m. and he remains laid to rest in Maplewood. 

Washburn News: Died, Jan 15, 1914, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. D. Gustin, of Salem, Mrs. Martha Stark, wife of J. M. Stark, aged 74 years, 1 month and 6 days. She had been in declining health for the past year, and her death was not unexpected by her friends and relatives. The remains were brought here for interment at Washburn Prairie, Friday evening, accompanied by her husband and daughter and taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. T. J. Foster. Funeral services were conducted at Washburn Prairie Church Saturday at 2 p.m. by Rev.'s J. T. Brattin and C.F. Siler. She was a devoted Christian a staunch Baptist and defender of the faith and a charter member of the Washburn Baptist Church. Mrs. Stark was a good kind neighbor, affectionate mother and will be greatly missed in this community. We extend our sympathy to the bereaved ones.

Washburn News: J. S. Daugherty and family of Oronogo also Messrs Pleas, S., and John Daugherty of McDonald County, attended the funeral of their sister, Mrs. J. M. Stark.

Washburn News: Mrs. Eli Stephens and daughter, Miss Florence went to Sapulpa, Okla., Thursday to visit relatives.

Washburn News: B. M. Shelton of Great Falls, Mont., left Sunday or Nevada to visit a sister. From there we will go to Marshall to visit a brother and the scenes of his childhood day before returning to his home in Montana.

Seligman News: It is rumored that G. G. Henbest has traded his livery barn for a farm near Cane Hill, Ark.

Lone Elm News: The young babe of Mr. and Mrs. John Long died Tuesday morning Jan 13. To the bereaved we extend our heartfelt sympathy.

T. F. Hobson and son Ralph, of Ozark township were here a part of last week visiting with the family of Benton Robbins.

Joseph Wortz of Fairland, Okla., visited his sister and brother, Mrs. Louise Moore and Dick Wortz, Friday.

Obituary: Death entered the home of John H. and Adelia Lathim, Jan 13 and removed John Claborn Lathim, age 26 years, 2 months. He leaves father and mother also four brothers and four sisters as follows: Will, Dee, Wiles, and Guy, Misses Laura and Alma, Mrs. J. L. Mitchell and Mrs. Paul Carr, beside many relatives and friends. The funeral at the request of the deceased was conducted at the home of his parents by the writer. AP

Obituary: Susan Carson, age 85 years, 11 months and 15 days died at her residence at Laverty, Okla., Jan 4, 1914, at 9 a.m.

Susan Charles was born at McMinnville, Tenn., Jan 19, 1828, was married to Robert Carson, Sept 25, 1851, at Cassville, Mo. She was the daughter of he late Judge John Charles of Barry County, MO.

She leaves five children to mourn her loss. All were at her bedside.

Eagle Rock News: Mr. and Mrs. Lester Murray are the happy parents of a son, born Jan 10th.Wife and babe are doing fine but Lester's case is doubtful.

Roaring River News: John Vanderpool and son, John, are visiting relatives on White River.

Exeter News: Sam Saulsbury drank one once of carbolic acid about 8 p.m., Thursday and died about 30 minutes later. He and wife had been making their home with his father-in-law, Mr. Ziegler, living in the east part of town. He had been employed on the court house at Cassville, leaving here early of morning and returning late at night. Very little was known here of his temperate and habits. All inquest was held before Squire Setzer and testimony was to the effort he had been insisting on his wife returning to Kansas with him, she objected as her brother here was not expected to live but promised to follow as soon as circumstances would permit. Saulsbury had loaded a buggy with camping utensils early Thursday morning, bid his wife good-bye and drove up town and brought an once of acid starting it was wanted for disinfectant purposes. He then drove back to the house, tied his horse and went to the barn for a few minutes. He then went to the house and sit down telling them he had taken poison. Dr. Searcy was called to the unfortunate man's aid but nothing could be done to relieve him. The jury's verdict was that he came to his death by poison, self administered. His father living at Waldo, Kan., was notified and arrived Friday and left that night with the remains for Waldo, Kan. The decease was 28 years old and leaves a wife and child.

Exeter News: Eason Vermillion of near Jenkins is reported quite sick.

Exeter News: A message was received here late Saturday night stating Jas. McNabb and Alvin Rhine had been injured in a coal mine 11 miles northwest of Lamar. McNabb is a son of C. T. McNabb and Mr. Rhine is a son of Henry Rhine, both living about 2 miles north of Exeter. Mr. McNabb was thought to be fatally injured. Mr. Rhine was not hurt so bad. C. T. McNabb and Henry Rhine, fathers of the two boys, left on No. 4 train, Sunday morning for Iantha the nearest station to where the accident occurred. We hope their injuries are not as bad as reported.

Exeter News: A new telephone line from the True Love neighborhood was connected with the Exeter switchboard last week. The line has about 15 patrons.

Washburn Prairie News: Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Thomas and son of Monett and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Birxey and daughters of Washburn spent Saturday night with Mr. and Mrs. Merton Meador at this place.

Gunter News: Mr. and Mrs. Frank Frost of Cassville visited at Mr. Jordan's Sunday evening. Miss Dora accompanied them home for a few days.

McDowell News: John Bennett and family visited John's mother at the home of C.A. Fly Saturday and Sunday. She had a slight stroke of paralysis and is feeble.

New Salem News: Mrs. Mary Kennedy of Schaberg, Ark., is visiting her brother, Adam Skelton and family.

New Salem News: Clemie Brewer spent last week with her sister, Mrs. Gene Thomas of near Cassville.

Flat Creek News: We are indeed sorry to hear of the serious illness of Mrs. Belle Steward of Cape Fair.

Flat Creek News: Friday was the last day of school at Cedar Bluff with Mrs. Iva Garrison as teacher. There was an excellent supper spread after which a program was rendered. A good crowd attended. All that was present enjoyed the occasion. There was good attention which was appreciated by everyone.

Shell Knob News: Uncle Ausney Brock is very feeble.

Shell Knob News: Miss Estella Carr has just closed a successful term of school at Cape Fair, is home again.

Big Springs News: Mrs. C. N. Still visited her brother, J. W. Rogers, of Bayless, Wednesday and Thursday.

Big Springs News: Mrs. Dan Roller of Wheaton has been visiting her father, T. D. Collier, ho has been quite sick from Thursday until Sunday.

Big Springs News: John Sengphiel made a trip to Eureka Springs Thursday night and returned with a cook. We wish them a long and happy married life.

Mineral Springs News: M. G. Hankins is moving his saw mill to the Fred Ennes' spring.

Mineral Springs News: Mrs. L. H. Taylor is still poorly.

Mineral Springs News: Mrs. A. E. Duncan's baby is reported sick.

Wiley Eden, who had recently moved from Jenkins to Monett, died Wednesday of last week of dropsy, age 40 years. Funeral services were held at Jenkins Thursday and interment was made at the Zion Cemetery near Jenkins.

John Hollingshead died Friday night at the home of his son-in-law, J. H. Purdom, of near Cato of paralysis, age 78 years. He had been a resident to Barry County for a number of years. He is survived by a wife and seven children. Internment was made Sunday afternoon the Carney cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Will Meador and little son, Gerald, of Monett came down Wednesday to visit the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Montgomery, and family.

Mrs. H. E. Spain of near Monett returned home Monday after a visit with her son, Sherman, and family.

Mrs. C. A. Carlin recently received a letter from her sister, Mrs. J. L. Downing of Melrose, New Mexico, saying that Mr. Downing had had two strokes of paralysis and was helpless. Monett Times.

Mrs. E. E. Meador of Monett is visiting her sister, Mrs. E.W. Love.

General Price of Seligman, visited his brother Sterling Price, the latter part of last week.

Green Jones and son of Elpine, Ark., bought nine head of mules about Cassville, Monday.

Gaylord Price spent Saturday and Sunday with his grandmother, Mrs. Hamilton, of near Washburn.

George Robbins of Washington is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Robbins, of near town. Verona Advocate.

Mrs. Jeanette Robbins died Sunday at he home of her son, John Robbins, south of town. Death was caused by bronchial trouble. She was 82 years of age, and had been a citizen of that section of the county for many years. Funeral services were held at her son's home Monday afternoon and burial was made at the Walnut Grove Cemetery. [Research Note: See New Site Cemetery records.]
