Purdy News: Mrs. A. P. Gurley who lives in Springfield was in Purdy, Saturday and Sunday. She came down to decorate the graves of loved ones.

Washburn News: Harold Trowbridge of Monett, spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Celia Trowbridge.

Washburn News: Mrs. Maude Houston of near McDowell and little daughters, Nadine and Margaret, are visiting their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arch Roller, this week.

Milwaukee News: J. A. Baker died at his home near Pasley school house, Thursday morning at 11:30 of paralysis and softening of the brain. After six weeks of intense suffering. A good neighbor has gone to his reward.

Bellview News: Armel and Mabel Riddle of Clio were visiting their uncle, U. S. Riddle, last week.

Bellview News: We were sorry to hear of the sudden death of Mr. Hughes of Aurora.

Kings Prairie News: The body of Daniel Cobble was buried here Friday at 11 a. m. He was a well known citizen. He was 80 years, 2 months and 6 days old.

Stony Point News: Mr. and Mrs. Cam McCary and daughters, Lois and Bessie and Florence Jacques spent Sunday at Chas. McNally's.

Stony Point News: Mr. and Mrs. Towers of near Aurora visited their daughter, Mrs. A. E. Williams, the latter part of last week.

New Salem News: Jim Roller and Miss Vesta Watson, were quietly married at Washburn, May 21st. Rev. Hodge officiated. We understand they will make their home in Washburn.

New Salem News: Mrs. Marinda Walden and grandchildren of White River visited her mother the later part of last week.

New Salem News: Abe Leonard and wife visited the latter's daughter, Mrs. Floyd Roller and family Saturday night.

New Salem News: Miss Gale Fountain spent last week with her uncle, Calvin Fountain and family of Washburn.

Washburn Prairie Miss Iska Elrod of Neosho spent Saturday night at the home of her aunt, Mrs. H. J. Hopkins, at this place.

Washburn Prairie News: J. A. Roller died at his home near Corinth, Thursday, May 28th, after a lingering illness. He leaves a wife and seven children to mourn his death. His children, all live in Tennessee. One of his sons came Thursday to attend the funeral. Revs. Brattin and Coons of Cassville conducted funeral services at Washburn Prairie Church, Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock, after which the remains were laid to rest to await the resurrection. He was a member and also a deacon of the Washburn Prairie Baptist Church.

Washburn Prairie News: Mrs. Maggie Cox of Purdy has been visiting her brother and sister, W. B. Roller and Mrs. C. N. Jayne, and families of this place.

Washburn Prairie News: Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Ault and children, Cornell, Jewell, and Don of Claremore, Okla., visited his sister, Mrs. T. J. Trolinger, and family from Friday until Monday.

Mineral Springs News: Miss Erca Williams of Monett was visiting her aunt, Mrs. John Shepherd, last week and attended Decoration exercises.

Hal. Erwin of Fort Worth, Texas returned home last week after several days visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Erwin, south of town.

Bert Hessee came down from Kansas City, Saturday to attend the funeral of his grandfather, Marcus L. Abernathy, and to visit relatives a few days.

Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Rankins of Wellington, Kan., arrived Sunday to visit Mrs. Rankin's parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Edens, south of town.

On the morning of May 27th, Mrs. Lizzie Williams of Pittsboro, Ind., was found dead in her bed. For some time she had been very sick with heart disease but had recently got able to visit her children, Mrs. William was a sister, of Mrs. W. M. Arbuckle south of town. Her sudden death was a shock to all her friends, but their loss is her gain as she was an earnest and faithful Christian woman. She would have been 74 years of age July 1.

Mr. and Mrs. Luther Goddard of Springfield have been visiting Mrs. Goddard's parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Galloway, and family.

New Site News: Mrs. Lennie Cox of Webb City has been spending a few weeks with here sister-in-law, Mrs. B. W. Withers.

New Site News: Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Carlin are visiting relatives at Eagle Rock.

Union Valley News: Miss Hazzie Montgomery of Rocky Comfort spent the latter part of last week in the Valley visiting her uncles, Bent and Bay Smith.

Union Valley News: Miss Mabel Cameron of Oronogo spent the latter part of last week with her cousin, Miss Mary Sparr.

Eagle Rock News: Mrs. Whittington has come to spend a few days at the bedside of her father, Mr. Hall, during his sickness.

Eagle Rock News: We are informed Elmon Pruett and family are moving back from Kansas to Monett. We suppose Kansas doesn't look good to them. His two children, Ocie and James, are back at this place.

New Salem News: Miss Gale Fountain returned home Sunday after a two weeks visit with relatives in Washburn. She was accompanied home by her uncle, Calvin Fountain and wife.

Washburn Prairie News: Miss Ruth Miller retuned home Sunday after an extended visit with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. wm. Miller at Fayetteville, Ark.

Washburn Prairie News: Bryant Sparkman and sister, Miss Aliene, spent from Friday to Sunday with friends at Purdy and Monett.

Washburn Prairie News: Dr. C. M. Sparkman of Cassville, Mrs. Geo. Hall of Exeter and Mrs. S.T. Sims of Horner were called to the bedside of their mother, Mrs. M. B. Sparkman, Saturday. She had a very bad spell of heart trouble but is much better at this writing.

Golden News: Dr. Quinn's mother and sister-in-law, Mrs. Bert Quinn, of Grandview visited at Dr. Quinn's from Friday to Sunday.

Flat Creek News: Miss Lydia Moore who has been sick is better at present.

Washburn News: K. A. Frost and wife of Rogers, Ark., spent Saturday and Sunday with the former's parents, J. A. Frost and wife.

Washburn News: Miss Dorothy Saxe of Monett came in Wednesday to visit her uncle, Lee Black, and family and her sister, Miss Wilma, is expected today, Tuesday.

Washburn News: Mr. and Mrs. Noble of Oklahoma came in Sunday to visit the latter's parent, Taylor McGlothilin and family. They came from Kansas city here, where they had been for sometime at Sanitarium for Mrs. Noble's health.

Butterfield News: Mrs. Holland passed away at her home south of Butterfield, Tuesday night of heart trouble. The remains were sent to Iowa for burial. We extend our sympathy to the bereaved ones.

Shell Knob News: The following from here took the examination at Purdy last Friday and Saturday, w. J., Mamie and Ida Brock, Vicie Cooper and Ethel Greenstreet.

Stony Point News: Gilbert Weatherly and little son of Joplin visited at Chas. Weatherly's Monday.

Purdy News: Mrs. Carroll Combs and daughter-in-law visited relatives in Purdy last week. Their home is in Texas, Mrs. Combs was formerly Mrs. Fly and lived in Purdy.

Purdy News: Grandma Lane has so far recovered from her late sickness and is able to visit her son, Lum, of Monett. She went down Sunday to stay an indefinite time. Grandma is about 90 years of age.

Kings Prairie News: A daughter was recently born to Mrs. and Mrs. Chas. Russell.

Sunnyside News: James Sills and daughter, Miss Ivy, made a trip to Pea Ridge Saturday.

Chromo Brattin of Exeter was caught at Washburn Sunday in possession of a horse owned by a party at Exeter. Chromo contends he took the horse for conveyance to Washburn and not with the intentions of keeping it. He was arrested and placed in the county jail Sunday night.

W. H. Martin was over at Crane Sunday to see his father-in-law Judge B. L. Evans, who recently received injuries in a runaway.

Mr. and Mrs. F. H. Myers of Clayton, New Mexico, are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. I. P. Bowman. Mrs. Myers is a sister of Mrs. Bowman.

Jesse Galloway of Jenkins was in Cassville the latter part of last week. He expects soon to be a resident of our city. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Galloway will also come to Cassville to reside.

Ray Horner, son of Prof. J. T. Horner, who has been attending the state university visited his grandmother in this city last week.

Mrs. E. N. Meador of Neosho returned home Thursday after a few weeks visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Sons.

Dr. and Mrs. E. L. Blankenship returned Friday from Kansas City where they had been attending R. W. Blankenship of near Purdy, father of Dr. Blankenship. Mr. Blankenship is reported to be doing as well as could be expected. He is being treated by a specialist.

Miss Louva Jones, who has been at Richland, Ia., the past year is visiting her sister, Mrs. E. E. Meador, for a few days on her way to her home at Pioneer. Monett Times

Lone Elm News: Mrs. Dona Pasley and children of Reed Springs, Ark., were visiting Thursday with her grandpa and Ms. Lina Stockton.

Shady Grove News: Pleas Beal and sister, Miss Lucy, of Monett, were the guests of Miss Mayme Andleman, Sunday.

Wheaton News: A deal was made first of the week in which John Kelly became owner of the A. C. Johnson mill, and will also have charge of the Neosho Milling Company's elevator. An invoice of the property will be taken Monday and Mr. Kelly will have charge. Mr. Johnson will remain in Wheaton for the present and buy stock with his brother, M. E. Johnson. U.S. Kelly of Rocky Comfort will help in the mill. Journal.

Rocky Comfort News: Ed Freeman, son of I. J. Freeman, living on route 2, returned from Old Mexico last week. Ed has served a four term in the U.S. army, his enlistment lacking only 31 days being out when he was ordered from Texas to Vera Cruz where he was in some of the skirmishes.

Arnhart News: Mrs. Harrison Perkins has purchased a new sewing machine.

Purdy News: Mrs. Wiles of Exeter visited her daughter, Mrs. J. A. Doyel, of this city, Sunday and Monday.

Washburn News: Mrs. E. A. Lund, and little son, Arthur, and Miss Edna Fetrow of Cedar, Kan., returned Wednesday, to their home. They have been the guests for the past two weeks of J. A. Pease and family.

Washburn News: Mrs. H. M. Pennington and little daughter, Dorothy, of Oklahoma came Monday to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Frost. They were accompanied by Mrs. Pennington's sister-in-law, Mrs. Bobo.

Mrs. H. B. Haskett and children of Parsons, Kan., returned home Friday, after a three weeks visit with Mrs. Haskett's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Henderson, on near Monett.

Attorney Illus M. Lee came in Sunday from Kansas City accompanied by two little sons and daughter who will spend the summer with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Lee, south of town. He returned Tuesday evening.

Purdy News: The stork visited our town last week leaving a little tot with Perry Aylor's, also the week before at Powel Gray's. So far as we know all parties concerned are satisfied with the division of property.

Purdy News: W. J. Storck has purchased the feed mill from Wilson brothers and will be found grinding at the old stand in the future.

Mrs. Helen Hobbs and granddaughters, Misses Helen Perry and Margarette Hessee, went to Berryville, Ark., Thursday for a few days visit.

Mrs. Minnie Johnson of Medicine Lodge, Kans., came in Friday to visit Mr. and Mrs. I. P. Bowman. Mrs. Johnson in a daughter of Mrs. Bowman.

Henry, little son of Robert Gautney on Flat Creek, north of town, was bitten Sunday morning by a copperhead. He is reported to be doing nicely.

William Leonard, an aged and highly respected citizen, of near Exeter, has been dangerously sick of kidney trouble.

Mano News: Miss Minnie Holman spent Sunday with her uncle, H. P. Holman and family.

Butterfield News: Amanda Holder left Saturday for Afton, Okla., to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Brewer.

Gunter News: We are sorry to hear of the death of Ira Gulick of Morrisville. He lived on Gunter until last fall.

Independence News: John Reed is carrying the mail this week while Mr. Sallee is taking his vacation.

Mt Pleasant News: Mrs. H. S. King is visiting her daughter Mrs. A. Burchett in Oklahoma. [Research Note: Rev. Henry Smith King was married to Susan Riddle. They are buried at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, as are Arthur Burchett and his wife Hallie (King) Burchett.]

Independence News: Jesse Packwood visited his daughter, Mrs. Claud Bayless, in Kansas City, last week.

Seligman News: G. W. Patterson, editor of the Seligman Times, gave a party to his many friends the last of the week.

Seligman News: Mrs. Crim of Washburn was visiting her daughter, Maude, the latter part of the week.

Willow Brook News: Jake Zinn and wife visited the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hoggett, Saturday night and the former's mother of Leann, Sunday.

Arnhart News: We are sorry to hear of Miss Gusta Breamer, while in the bloom of life, being in such poor health.

Arnhart News: Josh Clayton of Cassville, visited Friday and Saturday with his son, Lloyd.

Arnhart News: Born to Mr. and Mrs. John Jones, Sunday, June 21, a fine plow boy.

Lone Elm News: Warren Doty and John Long have gone north to Monett to work.

Lone Elm News: Mrs. Dora Nelson has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cell Fare.

Stony Point News: Sunday proved to be a very enjoyable day for Abe Leonard when a number of relatives and friends surprised him with a birthday dinner.

Shell Knob News: Mrs. Susie Goodwin of Grandview, Ark., is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Epperly.

Shell Knob News: Mr. and Mrs. James Waddell have sent their little boy, Charley, to Eureka Springs for the benefit of his health.

Bethel News: Married on Sunday afternoon at the home of the groom's father, Antle Kennedy to Miss Florence Russell, both of the Bethel Community. Rev. Bert Carr officiating. Only the immediate relatives of the contracting parties were present. They surprised their many friends. We wish them a happy and prosperous life.

William C. Suttles of Marionsville, [Marionville] died Friday, June 19, after several days sickness of stomach trouble, age 65 years. He was born in this county and for a number of years lived in Jenkins township. He leaves a widow, one son and three brothers to mourn his loss. 

Mrs. Myrell Wells of Sapulpa, Okla., recently visited her father, Elmer Shore, and other relatives in and about Cassville.

Mrs. C. D. Manley and daughter, Miss Elaine, have returned from a visit to Joplin, Neosho, and Monett.

Mrs. Minnie LeCompte and little son, John, have returned from a visit to Crane.

Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Galloway and son, Jesse, of Jenkins expect to move this week to our city. We welcome them.

Mrs. Dora Talbert and daughter, Mrs. Willa Morris, are visiting relatives at Verona.

J. C. Baker was arrested Thursday of last week, charged with obtaining money under false pretense. The cause for his arrest comes from a deal consummated several months ago, in which Mr. Baker traded property in Springfield to Walker White for a stock of hardware in this city. It is alleged that Baker never had any title to the property. A preliminary hearing will be had before Squire Plattenburg, July 10.

Otto Turner and family went to Oronogo Saturday evening to visit Mrs. Turner's sister, Mrs. Nina Wilson and family.

Mrs. Guy McClure of Springfield is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Black, and other relatives in Cassville.

Washburn Prairie News: A two year old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cargiles of Washburn was buried at this place, Friday.

Washburn Prairie News: Mr. and Mrs. Emit Cowherd and daughters, Lela and Velma, and Mrs. Cowherd's sister, Miss Naomi Nicholas, of Boynton, Okla., returned to Purdy last week after quite a visit with relatives here.

Washburn Prairie News: Mr. and Mrs. Jim Raines and children of Horner visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Raines, at this place Saturday night and Sunday.

Independence News: Mrs. Edens died, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charley, Noe, July 4th. Funeral services were held at Exeter and interment made in the Maplewood cemetery. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved relatives. [Research Note: There appears to be no stone at Maplewood for Mrs. Edens, but, Charles G. Noe was married to Mary Jane Edens, and they are both buried at Maplewood so this person must have an unmarked grave. According to the census, Mary Jane Edens, born Feb 1865, was the daughter of Daniel J. Eden and his wife Ellen. Researchers report Ellen as Louise Ellen Lyons. Daniel may also be buried at Maplewood in an unmarked grave.]

Roaring River News: The infant child of the lamented Mrs. Brewer died Thursday and burial was made at the New Salem Cemetery, Friday. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of the community.

New Site News: C. W. Fleetwood's children from Berwick spent Saturday night and Sunday with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Fleetwood.

New site News: Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brendlinger of Sapulpa, Okla., are staying at his father's Jake Brendlinger. Tom recently suffered an attack of ptomaine poisoning and was sent to the hospital at Springfield. He is recovering rapidly.

Purdy News: Jess Burchett and wife spent the 4th, in Purdy visiting relatives and friends.

Vanzandt News: Maurice Skelton of Eagle Rock spent Saturday night and Sunday with the family of R. L. Stubblefield.

Mrs. John Bridges and Miss Edna Holman of Kansas City and Mrs. Chas. Davis of Joplin came in Monday, also a sister from Chicago on Tuesday, to attend the funeral of their brother Lloyd Holman, that was held at Mano, Tuesday.

E. W. Meador south of town returned Friday from a visit with his daughter, Mrs. Frank Jackson, and family on Shoal Creek.

Arthur Erwin, Republican candidate for the nomination for recorder of deeds, will appreciate your vote at the August primary.

Mrs. C.C. Fawver of Seligman is at Columbia attending her son, Floyd, who is sick. Floyd is reported to be improving and is expected to be home by the middle of the month. His friends will be glad to know of his rapid recovery.

Mrs. Lester Powers of Sapulpa, Okla., is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Galloway.

Miss Edith Hale fell from her bicycle Thursday afternoon and broke her collar bone. She is doing nicely.

U.S. Lane of Purdy was here on business Tuesday.

Judge P. B. O'Dwyer is able to be in attendance at county court this week by the assistance of crutches. He has been suffering with rheumatism for several days.

Purdy News: Mrs. Bryson who was visiting her grandson, Arthur Cline, of the Barry County Gazette, died at this place, last Thursday and her body was taken to their old home for burial.

Seligman News: O. A. Arnold had the misfortune to run his car over a bluff. His entire family were in the car. No one was hurt but the car was badly damaged.

On account of the illness and death of a sister-in-law Hon. Joe Manlove of Peirce [Pierce] City failed to make an address in Cassville Saturday as advertised. We understand he will make an address at the annual A. H. T. A. picnic at Bethel today, Thursday.

H. P. Sons received word Wednesday morning announcing the death of a sister, Mrs. Mary Perkins of Seligman, who died very suddenly. She had been in poor health for some time.

Seligman News: Mrs. Merrit Perkins passed away the latter part of last week. Mrs. Perkins was one of our old and respected citizens and leaves a family and many friends to mourn her loss. Burial was made Tuesday in their home cemetery.

Miss Elsie Bare, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Bare who some years ago resided south of town but who now lives at Eureka Springs, was recently married to L. G. Bentley, an employee of the M. & N. A. railroad of Harrison, Ark.

Col. W. R. Cowley, an aged civil War Veteran died at Columbus, Kan., last week. He delivered an address at Cassville reunion in 1911 and was an able speaker. He was a well known attorney and was a resident of Columbus forty years.

H. P. Sons attended the funeral of his sister, Mrs. Mary Perkins near Seligman Thursday.

Mrs. Vera Richardson of St. Louis and Mrs. Mollie Trim of Oklahoma City, Okla., have been visiting their father, James Gaskins.

Mrs. Ethel Terry of Monett is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Frost, east of town.

E. B. Gump and family of Richland, Ia., visited Mrs. Gump's sister, Mrs. E.W. Love, a part of last week.

Mrs. F. A. Archibald of Purdy died very suddenly Thursday of heart trouble.

Morris Bayless of the Shady Grove locality left Tuesday for an extended visit at Peru and other points in Indiana, where he was born and reared. He has been away for twenty odd years and expects to see many changes about his old home.

L. E. Linebarger of near town carries an arm in a swing [sling] as a result of a dislocation received from falling from a loft. 

Mrs. J. J. Daley of Sapulpa, Okla., is spending a few weeks at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Bayless, northwest of town.

Orville Thomas is reported to have received injuries which may prove fatal, while riding on a train near Aurora some days ago. He is at Gentry, Ark., and his conditions are reported serous.

French Wilmouth who is accused of breaking into and taking about $40.00 from the King store on Flat Creek plead guilty and was given a two year sentence in the Missouri Training school for larceny and additional two years for burglary.

We are informed that Mrs. Nancy Hinds, at one time a citizen of this county, recently died at Kinderhook, Ill., age 58 years. The deceased is remembered by friends in this county.

Mrs. J. J. Daley of Sapulpa, Okla., is spending a few weeks at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Bayless, northwest of town.

Walter Woods and family returned to St. Louis Saturday after a visit with Walter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Craig and family at Republic.

Otto Bowers has had to dismiss his school in the Potts district on account of diphtheria.

Seligman News: Will Jones recently died after a short illness at his home. Mr. Jones has been in Barry County and lived here for many [years] and has always been a man well liked by all who knew him.

Belview News: Frank McCubbin was called to Rogers, ark., to see his father who is in a critical condition.

Washburn Prairie News: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Weston and children visited her mother, Mrs. J. A. Baker of Corinth Sunday.

Washburn Prairie News: Mrs. Emma Porter returned to her home at Tulsa, Okla., Saturday after spending the summer with her sister, Mrs. Hasten Fulton.

Washburn Prairie News: S. F. Varner and sisters, Misses Kit and Pauline, Lester Sims and Miss Avesta Fulton enjoyed ice cram, cake and lemonade at the home of Miss Lulah Hopkins Saturday night.

Fred Pearl left Sunday evening for Boonville with Elbert Mace who was sentenced tot he Missouri Training School at the July term of circuit court. Mace plead guilty to burglary and larceny wills serve six years.

J. E. Roller and family and mother, Mrs. Arch Roller of Washburn, were in Cassville Friday enroute to the home of J. T. Brooks and Mrs. Maud Houston north of town for a few days visit.

Mrs. Chas. Ray went to Joplin Thursday evening to attend Mrs. Will Monday [Munday]. Mrs. Monday recently underwent an operation for a tumor.

Mrs. Lou Jacobs of Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Lela Wells of Sapulpa, Okla., are visiting their father, Wm. Bridges.

Mrs. Sater and daughter, Mrs. Marie Prater of Miller returned home Friday after a visit with their daughter and sister, Mrs. A. L. Brown and Mrs. H. M. Allen, and families.

Enoch Trolinger has returned to Wagoner, Okla., after a visit here at Jenkins. He was accompanied by his sisters, Misses Maude and Nova Trolinger, who will visit at Wagoner.

Mrs. Florence Smedley and little son, Jack, of Monett visited in Cassville Thursday.

Mrs. Will Meador and little son, Garrell, have been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Montgomery, and family.

Miss Bee Tucker of Golden took a special teacher's examination here Saturday. She will teach the Vinia school.

Miss Lottie Reese went to Springfield Friday to visit her sister, Miss Lora, who is attending the summer term of the Springfield normal school.

Mrs. Maud Houston and little daughters, Nadine and Margaret, north of town and Dr. Manford Dummit and family of Joplin spent a part of last week on an outing trip at Beaver, Ark.

J. B. Waddell, father of Prof. James Waddell, died Tuesday night near Shell Knob. His death is reported to be due to old age. He was about 86 years old and had lived in this county for a number of years. He was born in Scotland and came to this county in the prime of his life. Burial will take place Thursday. The funeral services will be in charge of Rev. E. W. Love.

Mrs. Lillie Abernathy and children of Kansas City, Kan., are visiting her sister, Mrs. J. R. Wallen and family. [Research Note: Lillie M. Perrine was married to Frank Abernathy. In 1900 Ford Perrine was living with Lille and Frank Abernathy. He was listed as a brother-in-law, born March 1871 in Minnesota. They lived in Kansas City in Wyandotte, District 6, of Kansas City, Kansas. Lillie had only had one child and they'd been married 7 years. Frank's age was given as Jan 1869, instead of Jan of 1871 like his tombstone reads at Oak Hill, in Cassville, Barry Co., MO. John R. Wallen lived on Flat Creek in Barry Co., MO. He and Ida Perrine married in 1899 and in 1900 they were listed as living next door to John J. Wallen. Ida was a daughter of Ohio born Jessie Perrine and his wife Sabra who were living in Ray Co., MO in 1880. Some of the newspaper items may list the Perrine name as Perine.]
