David C. Haddock, Jr. married Eliza Caroline Russell on June 07, 1866, Whitfield County, Georgia. He was listed on the Federal Census in Arkansas in 1900 but was still in GA in 1880. Pictured in the photo are David, Eliza, Henry, and Leler. David was a grandson of Zachariah & Chloe and a son of David & Elizabeth (Ault) Haddock, Sr. Photo from the files of Judy Swan.

1900 Independence Co., AR, Federal Population Schedules, US Census, House # 162, family # 165, Stubbs Twp., listed on the 13th of June 1900, the dwelling of David Haddock and Eliza, his wife. David was age 55, and was born in GA, and his father was born in KY and his mother in GA. Eliza was born in GA and listed both her parents as born in SC. Eliza was born Nov 1846 and had been married 34 years. He had given birth to 6 children and had 4 living. David had been married 34 years and was born Feb 1845. The children listed were Lila age 20 born Aug 1879 in GA; and Henry, age 17, born May of 1883 in GA and he listed himself as a farmer.

David's pension papers lists some details about his health. He enrolled in Co. B, 5th Tennessee Mounted Infantry, Cleveland, Tennessee, 9 Sep 1864. Honorably discharged at Nashville, Tennessee, 19 Jul 1865. (US Army) Pension granted based on spinal and kidney trouble. His death came in 1921. From the family files of Judy Swan

William Henry Haddock and Frances Susannah Roper married in 1877 in Fulton Co., AR.  He was born April 29, 1852 in Wayne Co., GA, & died April 06, 1927 in Harmon Co., OK. Frances was born in Viola, Fulton Co., AR & died Dec 23, 1934 in Harmon Co., OK. William was the son of Josiah Joseph Haddock & his wife Louisa Lee. They married in TN but died in AR. Josiah Joseph "Joe" was a grandson of Zachariah & Chloe and a son of David & Elizabeth (Ault) Haddock, Sr. Raymond E. Haddock, Retired Major General shared this photo.
