Guardian has cared for the children since Sanford died in July of 1862. Guardian Mary Moore now signs as Mary Rogers. Petition dated March 1868, by Thomas L. Lucas, to be released as surety for Mary Moore, now Mrs. Willis Rogers. Thomas is released and Jesse Hall becomes surety. Report dated Oct. 31, 1876, by Jesse Hall, who became guardian of the minor heirs of Sanford Moore on March 1, 1871. Pension funds now amount to $1,202.11. Martha C. A check to the Clerk of Marion Co., Ind., for a certified copy of the marriage record, is dated March 19, 1930. Sarah Esther Moore Bickley recieved $33.80.
