Guardian's Bond
The Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Whereas, Jacob Peck has been appointed by the County Court of Marshall County, and qualified as Guardian to T. A., H. E., and W. P. Averitt minors.
Now we Jacob Peck as principal and James Story his sureties, do hereby
covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Jacob
Peck will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in
all respects as required by
law.

The undersigned Master Com'n to --- the above styled cause was referred for Settlement of the estate of A. P. Averitt Dec'd., begs leave to report that after examination the Admin., Jacob Peck, he finds that nothing has ever come into his hands as such Admin as all the personal property, money &c. on hand was set apart by the appraisers for the support of the infant children.
But that the Admin has paid out of his own money the following claims.
